We are looking for a Business Solutions IT Junior Expert to fulfill a new position in Budapest Head Office. 

The main tasks of the role is: 

1.     Application Support / Business Continuity

·       Provide day-to-day support in Creatio

·       Resolve technical incidents in a close cooperation with internal and external partners

·       Serve as a technical and functional consultant for business stakeholders

·       Facilitate business discussions representing functional (business process) and  technical               (applications/systems) knowledge

·       Perform analyses of identified incidents and propose solution according to SLA

·       Organize system testing and conduct trainings for business users

·       Maintain technical documentation

2.     Application Development / Enhancements

• Propose, design and implement innovative solutions bringing added value to business
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions following standardization, simplicity and supportability principles

·       Ensure solutions meet and are aligned with standards, policies and quality requirements

• Prepare and maintain solution documentation
• Cooperate on design and implementation of Integrations between Creatio and other group systems, mainly ERP

3.     Projects Delivery

·       Support preparation of business case documentation for projects

·       Serve as a project team member

·       Provide functional and technical expertise during the entire project lifecycle

       ·        Follow PMO standards when participating or leading projects

Requirements

• Minimum completed high school education, technical focus is an advantage
• Advanced level English knowledge is MUST
• Basic IT skills beneficial
• Ability to balance various initiatives running in parallel in a dynamically changing environment
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in sales, FMCG processes, CRM,  business systems and user support are not mandatory but big plus
• Customer oriented and experienced in meeting business expectations and demand
• Basic knowledge of MS office applications and MS Teams is advantage
