SAP Configuration Expert-S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO)

Join Szentkiralyi Magyarország Kft., as a SAP Configuration Expert mainly within the S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules and help roll out our group-wide ERP solution across the countries where Mattoni Group operates (Central Europe and the Balkans).

You will drive end-to-end delivery in your functional domain, meaning requirements analysis, solution design, testing, user training, change impact assessment, and go-live.

After implementation, you will own ongoing support and continuous improvement of our SAP application portfolio as business needs evolve.

What you’ll do 

  • Analyze, design, and optimize financial processes to leverage S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned service tickets, providing L2-L3 support.
  • Act as a functional/technical Finance consultant for business stakeholders to meet their expectations and demand.
  • Translate business requirements into standardized, supportable FI/CO solutions (configuration/customizing and controlled enhancements).
  • Organize and execute system testing, deliver key-user training, and maintain solution documentation.
  • Contribute to project delivery and balance various parallel initiatives in a dynamically changing environment.

Necessary competencies 

  • 8+ years of S/4HANA Finance configuration/customizing, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Banking, and Controlling (CO).
  • Hands-on experience in at least two S/4HANA greenfield projects, either as a Finance Implementation Team Leader or Senior Expert responsible for the entire lifecycle (including data migration).
  • Advanced FI integration experience with MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Practical knowledge of Finance-related SAP Fiori apps (customizing and developing functional specifications for user experience improvements).
  • Understanding of SAP security concepts (roles, authorizations, compliance requirements).
  • Senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
