SAP S4HANA Supply Chain Specialist

What You’ll Do
 
  • Deliver and maintain SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutions, focusing on supply chain and operations
  • Provide second-level application support, resolve incidents, and ensure business continuity in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Analyze business requirements, design and implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions, acting as a trusted technical and functional advisor for business stakeholders
  • Organize and execute system testing, user training, and change impact assessments
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions
  • Participate in project delivery, from business case preparation to go-live support, ensuring alignment with PMO standards
 
What Makes You a Great Fit
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing at least one SAP S/4HANA module (e.g., Extended Warehouse Management, Process Manufacturing, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement)
  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain projects (enhancements, configuration, data migration, testing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak (upper-intermediate or advanced), both written and verbal
  • Customer-oriented mindset, experienced in meeting business expectations and demand
  • Good understanding of FMCG business processes or willing to learn FMCG specifics
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize supply chain processes leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration, SAP security concepts, roles, authorizations, and compliance

  • Experience with SAP Signavio, SAP Enable Now, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP)
